But in the field of industrial equipment, how can we fully “extract” the chicken broth from the chicken without adding water? We’ve made it happen.

A food processing company in Hainan purchased two of our “chicken broth extraction” units. Each “cooker” can dry-steam over 100 chickens, yielding two large barrels of highly concentrated chicken broth without adding any water. The system consists of separate units for heating, separation, and liquid discharge. The trial run results have been met with satisfaction and approval from the customer.
