Goji berries offer a wide range of medicinal and health benefits. As is well known, fresh goji berries cannot be stored for long periods during the harvest season; for many years, drying has been the best way to improve the quality of goji berry products.
Currently, in Qinghai and Ningxia, traditional drying sheds are widespread throughout rural areas. However, the labor-intensive nature of the drying process, coupled with severe pollution and low production capacity, has hindered efforts to improve the quality of the goji berry industry.
To address this, our company, in collaboration with the Xining Municipal Forestry Bureau, has successfully conducted test runs of a large-scale, multi-tier automated goji berry drying production line developed and manufactured at the Qinghai goji berry production base!
This production line can fully replace traditional drying rooms, featuring automatic feeding and temperature control! It enables the bulk feeding of fresh fruit, automatic internal turning, and reduces drying time by an average of 4–6 hours, significantly reducing labor intensity while achieving a production capacity more than five times that of traditional drying rooms.
