DZLG Series Single-Cone Screw-Belt Vacuum Dryer
The single-cone vacuum dryer is a stirred, closed-type vacuum dryer. It consists of a single-cone vacuum tank heated by a jacket, in which a stirrer continuously agitates the material to ensure uniform heating, allowing moisture or solvents to evaporate and achieving the drying objective. This equipment features a single-cone tank design, is constructed from sanitary-grade stainless steel, and offers a simple structure and convenient operation. As a batch-type, intermittent drying process, it allows for thorough cleaning with no dead corners. It is an ideal drying solution for GMP-compliant finishing workshops and is widely used in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, and food industries for the concentration, drying, evaporation, and solvent recovery of powders, filter cakes, crystals, and liquids.
The single-cone vacuum dryer features a conical screw-type agitator. As the entire screw agitator rotates, the screw blades continuously lift, turn, and scrape the material, ensuring that the contents inside the tank are thoroughly mixed and heated evenly. The evaporated solvents and water vapor are filtered to remove dust, then condensed and recovered by the vacuum system before being discharged.
This drying equipment performs both mixing and drying within a single vessel, thereby improving production efficiency; it utilizes jacket heating to reduce energy consumption; the vacuum drying process ensures efficient heat and mass transfer, making it particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive powders and granular materials as well as those requiring solvent recovery; the design is simple, easy to clean, and allows for convenient discharge, in compliance with GMP standards; a variety of mixing configurations and equipment specifications are available, enabling batch production; it can also be used for cooling, sterilization, and reaction processes.
