150,000-Ton Soda Ash Large-Scale Rotary Kiln Project

The large-scale rotary kiln drying production line for 100,000 tons of soda ash (sodium carbonate) constructed by our company for Ningxia Risheng Chemical Group has been in stable operation for several months following manufacturing, installation, and commissioning. The unit is equipped with a high-temperature direct-fired coal-fired hot air furnace with an output temperature of up to 750°C. It features a kiln shell made of 22-millimeter-thick high-strength boiler steel with double-sided automatic submerged arc welding, as well as a two-stage dust collection and recovery system and a discharge system. This large-scale kiln operates continuously, achieving a daily output of 300 tons of dry powder and evaporating over 60 tons of water daily, while consuming only approximately 8–9 tons of coal per day. All environmental emission standards are met. The large direct-fired combustion furnace achieves an energy utilization rate of 92–95%. Equipped with multi-stage high-temperature flue gas purification technology, it utilizes thermal energy through a combination of in-furnace direct combustion purification and kiln air mixing. Meanwhile, the multiple抄板 (material-lifting plates) within the drying kiln reduce the moisture content of the dried product to below 0.5%, ensuring product quality. The entire set of equipment weighs over 100 tons and is very affordable, achieving the construction goals of high productivity, energy efficiency, and low investment.
