The belt dryer for traditional Chinese medicine slices consists of a feeding system, a material distribution system, an air intake filtration system, a heating and cooling system, the main unit, a drive system, a bypass filtration system, a discharge system, an exhaust and dehumidification system, and a control system. During operation, the feeding system conveys the material to the distribution system, which feeds it into the belt dryer. The material comes into contact with hot and cold air flowing through the mesh belt, facilitating heat and mass transfer. The recirculation of hot air reduces energy consumption. Once the material reaches a certain humidity level, a portion of the moisture is removed via forced dehumidification, and the material is then dried and cooled.
