A Jiangxi-based potassium feldspar producer has partnered with Mingxing Drying to order a large rotary drum dryer with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons (5–6 tons of dry powder per hour), capable of drying filter cakes and wet lumps into 200-mesh fine powder in a single pass. The dryer utilizes generator gas as the heat source, and the hot air furnace was independently developed, manufactured, and produced by our company. The trial run and commissioning were recently successfully completed in Jiangxi. Production capacity has met design specifications, and the entire system still has a 20% margin of capacity. The gas-fired hot air furnace can reach a maximum output temperature of 800 degrees Celsius, with temperatures rising instantly upon demand and no delay whatsoever. The entire system is constructed using ultra-high-strength boiler steel plates with a 304 stainless steel lining, ensuring that contamination of the equipment during production is minimized.
