Graphite powder is soft and has a greasy texture, with a specific gravity of 1.9–2.3 and a melting point exceeding 3,000 degrees Celsius. Graphite powder is typically dried using vacuum drying methods, which result in low output and high labor intensity, leading to persistently high costs. The 30,000-ton graphite powder high-temperature dryer we custom-built for a company in Fujian utilizes a rotary flash dryer. It achieves a drying intensity of 350 kg/m³·h and operates at temperatures as high as 500°C. The equipment is constructed from titanium alloy, ensuring a service life of over 20 years. A natural gas-fired hot air furnace serves as the heat source, providing high-temperature, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient operation.
