Following the successful completion of the 100,000-ton bentonite project in Liaoning, Mingxing Company, building on its accumulated strengths, has signed a contract with Zhangjiakou Mining Company in Hebei for another production line. This line also has an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons and is equipped with a 6-million-calorie high-efficiency direct-fired coal-fired hot-air furnace independently developed and manufactured by our company. The rotary kiln features automatic double-sided welding, ensuring a one-pass weld. The straightness of the cylinder is controlled within 8–10 mm, and the main gear components are made of high-quality cast steel, guaranteeing a long service life under continuous operation. The kiln is equipped with a dual-stage dust removal system comprising a four-stage cyclone dust collector and a water mist scrubber with flue gas desulfurization capabilities, enabling emissions to meet or exceed the Lineman Class 1 standard. Mingxing Company undertakes various large and medium-sized rotary kiln drying projects, providing reliable products and services to customers at competitive prices.
